Hello there, I'm Heather! The NEW owner of The Maple Den, which has been re-named to Stone & Key.

I’m a 40-something mom of two amazing boys and wife to the world’s most supportive husband. As a lifelong creative, I’ve always found joy in making things with my hands — and now, I share that joy with you through handmade, naturally dyed silk ribbons. Each ribbon is crafted thoughtfully, perfect for weddings, special events, gift wrapping, and creative projects.

You’re probably asking, why the re-name, Heather?! For me, it's important that the work I do has intention, and a business name should carry meaning and intention — just as every ribbon I dye is made with care and purpose.

Stone & Key was named as a tribute to my two boys; Preston, whose name represents 'stone', and Zachary, whose nickname is Zackey, acts as 'key'! Together, they inspire the heart behind everything I create: strength, legacy, and the treasures we hold close.

My goal is that each artisanal silk ribbon you choose adds beauty, elegance, and a personal touch to your special moments, helping you create heirloom-quality details that are remembered for years to come.
